MoLo Rewards, Inc. Privacy Policy

MoLo Rewards, Inc. recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided to us and to our clients through the use of our services and related websites. We created the following policy guidelines with a fundamental respect for your right to privacy to guide our relationship with our users and partners who use any of the websites, mobile applications, services, or applications owned or provided by MoLo Rewards, Inc. (the "APPS") (collectively or individually, "Consumers").

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the MoLo Rewards, Inc. End User License Agreement, which is applicable to those Consumers who download the mobile applications (“APPS”) and access this website.

1) The Information MoLo Rewards, Inc. Collects
MoLo Rewards, Inc. may collect information before or after you download the APPS. MoLo Rewards, Inc. collect information about but not limited to what coupons have been printed, redeemed, viewed and Consumer data.

  • Consumer Provided Information: Including but not limited to when you visit the Sites, you may provide to MoLo Rewards, Inc. what is generally called "personally identifiable" information (such as your name, email address, postal mailing address, and home/mobile telephone number, etc.) if you print a coupon from or otherwise participate in activities offered on the APPS. In addition, you may have the option of providing us with certain additional information including but not limited to demographic information about yourself (such as age, gender, household compensation, interests, zip code, and state). Any information voluntarily provided may be utilized by MoLo Rewards, Inc. for business purposes.
  • "Cookies" Information: Including but not limited to when you visit the Sites, we may send one or more cookies – a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters – to your computer or mobile device. MoLo Rewards, Inc. uses both session cookies and persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Sites. These persistent cookies can be removed, but each web browser is a little different. So, please review your browser "Help" file to learn the correct way to modify your cookies setup. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.
  • "Automatically Collected" Information: Including but not limited to when you use the APPS, we automatically record certain data using technology, including but not limited to "clear gifs" or "web beacons," cookies (discussed above), IP addresses, unique "device IDs" (similar to IP addresses), and log files. "Automatically collected" data includes but not limited to coupon use, location and redemption activity, web browser type, the website that referred you to us, the web pages you viewed on the Sites, and the dates and times that you visited the Sites.
  • "Share" Information: If you choose to use our referral service to share information about our site and services, we will ask you for your shared contact name and email address. We will automatically send your shared contact an email inviting him or her to visit the site and or download the APPS.
  • Client Provided Information: Including but not limited to when MoLo Rewards, Inc. manages coupon promotions for a "Client" (a company or organization to which MoLo Rewards, Inc. provides business services), a unique identifier is shared with MoLo Rewards, Inc. in order to process the coupon and redemption activity on behalf of that Client.


2) The Way MoLo Rewards, Inc. Uses Information

  • MoLo Rewards, Inc. uses the information that we collect to operate, maintain, and provide to consumers and our clients all of the coupons and promotional offerings found on the Sites and APPS for other non-marketing or administrative purposes such as notifying you of major service updates or for customer service purposes.
  • MoLo Rewards, Inc. uses all of the information that we collect from our Consumers to understand the usage trends and preferences, to improve the way the APPS work and look, to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, and to create new features and functionality.
  • MoLo Rewards, Inc. uses all of the information collected to but not limited to (a) process and record coupon use, views and redemption activity; (b) store information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you use the Sites; (c) provide custom, personalized coupon promotions, advertisements, content, and information; (d) monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; and (e) monitor aggregate usage metrics such as total number of visitors and pages viewed.
  • MoLo Rewards, Inc. has by way of the Terms of Service Agreement and this Privacy Policy irrevocable permission to use your data for business purposes.


3) When MoLo Rewards, Inc. Discloses Information

  • MoLo Rewards, Inc. discloses "automatically collected", "personally identifiable",  and “consumer provided” data (such as coupon and redeem activity) to its Clients and third-party ad servers and advertisers. These third parties may match this data with information that they have previously collected about you under their own privacy policies, which you should consult on a regular basis.
  • MoLo Rewards, Inc. discloses both "personally identifiable", “consumer provided”  and "automatically collected" information to our clients, affiliated companies, or other businesses or persons to process such information on our behalf, to provide website maintenance, APPS and security, to enable MoLo Rewards, Inc. to fulfill requests, to offer certain features on the Sites, APPS, to assist us in improving the way the Sites and APPS work and look, and to create new features. We require that these parties agree to process such information in compliance with our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable efforts to limit their use of such information, and we require these parties to use any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
  • We may disclose Customer information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws or respond to a court order, judicial or other government subpoena, or warrant.
  • We also reserve the right to disclose Customer information that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to take precautions against liability; protect Clients from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses; to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations; to assist government enforcement agencies; to protect the security or integrity of the Sites; and to protect against fraudulent uses, the rights, property, or personal safety of MoLo Rewards, Inc., our Clients, or others.


4) Your Choices
To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to personal information or before making corrections. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE SECRECY OF YOUR UNIQUE PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION AT ALL TIMES.

5) Third-Party Advertisers, Links to Other Sites
Third-party ad servers or ad networks may serve advertisements within the Sites or APPS. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, or mobile device the advertisements and links that appear on the Sites and or APPS. These ad servers automatically receive your IP address or phone number when this happens, and they may also use other technologies (such as cookies, javascript, or web beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize their advertising content.

If an advertiser asks MoLo Rewards, Inc. to show an advertisement to a certain audience (for example, men ages 18-24) or audience segment (for example, men ages 18-24 who have printed, viewed and redeemed certain categories of coupons) and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they were trying to reach. In addition, these ad servers may match your activity information with data that they have previously collected pertaining to you under their own privacy policies, which you should consult on a regular basis.

MoLo Rewards, Inc. may provide links in the Sites or APPS to other sites where personal information is collected by third parties. For example, many of the links within the APPS direct you to product sites where coupons are available to those who provide personal information. This information is not shared with MoLo Rewards, Inc. unless notice of such sharing is expressly provided to you and you give permission to share it.

MoLo Rewards, Inc.'s Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other advertisers or websites.

6) Our Commitment to Data Security
MoLo Rewards, Inc. uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. WE CANNOT, HOWEVER, ENSURE OR WARRANT THE SECURITY OF ANY INFORMATION YOU TRANSMIT TO MOLO REWARDS, INC., AND YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. Once we receive your transmission of information, MoLo Rewards, Inc. makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

7) Our Commitment To Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, MoLo Rewards, Inc. does not knowingly collect or maintain information from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of the MoLo Rewards, Inc. Sites or APPS are structured to attract anyone under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Sites or APPS at any time or in any manner. If MoLo Rewards, Inc. learns that personally identifiable information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected on the Sites or APPS without verified parental consent, then MoLo Rewards, Inc. will take the appropriate steps to delete this information in its sole discretion.

8) Special Note to International Users
The Sites and APPS are hosted in the United States as well as other countries. If you are a Customer accessing the Sites or APPS from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the Sites or APPS, which are governed by U.S. law and this Privacy Policy, you are transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer.

9) In the Event of Merger or Sale
In the event that MoLo Rewards, Inc. is acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected from our Consumers as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.

10) Changes and Updates to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically, and this will be reflected by the "last modified" notice below. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our homepage. In general, we only use your personal information in the manner described in the Privacy Policy in effect when we received that personal information. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITES AND APPS CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND ANY FUTURE REVISIONS.
